Refund and Cancellation Policy – Shaheen Forces Academy

Thank you for choosing Shaheen Forces Academy for your defense forces exam preparation. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any package or purchasing any digital resources.

1. Strict No-Refund Policy

  • No Refunds Under Any Condition: Shaheen Forces Academy follows a strict 100% No-Refund and No-Return Policy for all subscription packages, online courses, mock test access, and PDF materials. Once a payment is made and access is granted, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or exchanged in any case.
  • Instant Digital Delivery: Because our courses, past papers, MCQs databases, and notes are digital goods and are delivered instantly to your user account upon successful payment, they cannot be "returned." Therefore, once you gain access to the premium content, the service is considered fully rendered.

2. Shared/Multiple Accounts Cancellation

  • Account Sharing Violation: As stated in our Terms of Service, user accounts are strictly for single-user access. Sharing credentials, downloading databases systematically, or logging in on multiple devices concurrently will result in immediate account suspension without prior warning. Accounts terminated due to terms violations are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

3. Technical Issues and Support

  • Technical Downtime: If you experience any technical difficulties, payment verification delays, or account access issues, please do not worry. Our technical team will resolve the issue as a priority. You can contact us with your payment receipt, and we will ensure your package is activated manually.
  • Payment Failures: In case of double payments or transaction failures from your bank/easyPaisa/JazzCash side, please contact your financial institution or payment provider to trace the funds.
